Client: Telecom Executive
Scope: Multi-site Crestron system

In 2007 I obtained a Canadian work visa to help a Vancouver AV company complete stalled projects for a major client. The customer had extensive Crestron systems across four properties: a residence in Vancouver, a ski chalet at Whistler, a seaside home on the Sunshine Coast, and a 55-foot motor yacht.

The projects were nearly complete, but the contract programmers were struggling with usability issues and bug fixes. The challenge was maintaining consistent functionality across all four sites despite different equipment configurations.

I worked with the existing contractors and the company's technical team to test and resolve all outstanding issues. Ultimately the customer signed off on the work, allowing the company to final bill all projects.
