This Lake Travis property included the main house and a 2,500 square foot boat dock housing the client's boats and water toys, connected by fiber optic cables.

I served as the contract Crestron programmer for two different AV companies working on the property over several years. The system included music and video distribution, touchscreen and handheld remote controls, a dedicated theater, Lutron lighting, phones, and security cameras.

I specified the equipment needed to convert audio and video signals to work over the existing fiber connection between house and dock, allowing entertainment systems at both locations to share sources while integrating security cameras and phones. From the dock, you could see who was at the gate on the TV, speak with them through the phone system, and open the gate remotely.
