This home sits on a very large parcel of land outside of Austin, Texas. The 24,000 square foot residence includes a dedicated home theater, game room, and exercise room spread across three levels.

I was initially brought in to work with the existing AV company to correct wiring issues and ensure the lighting system could minimize visible switches. Shortly after the first meeting with the owner and architect/builder representatives, I was asked to take over the entire project.

The final installation included 24 zones of distributed audio, 8 zones of distributed video, an extensive Lutron lighting system, Crestron touchscreens and remote controls throughout, plus security cameras, gate entry systems, phone system, pool/spa controls integrated with the touchscreens, and the computer network.
