I first visited Montana in 2008, while helping someone on a work related project. It's hard to describe the reaction to the 2-weeks spent in Northwest Montana, as it was my first time there, but also somehow seemed familiar. In 2010 I returned over the winter holidays, and noticed a similar feeling.

Sara and I have returned many times over the years, exploring the area both in our Airstream and in a winter cabin near Glacier National Park. I later learned that the connection with the area now known as Montana goes back to the 1800's, and will be one of several historical periods visited in our second book, "Echos in the Halls of Eternity".
